The Fleck Sister’s Restaurant & Cafe Favorites:

Amante Coffee at the Oxford

Love the coffee; Looooooooove the Oxford!

Hello Darling

Lattes and Matcha in the morning, Espresso Martinis in the evening. The green and

Little Owl Coffee

The coffee here is killer. We love the building and when we can sit on the patio.

The Cooper Lounge at Union Station

One of the most beautiful settings to enjoy a drink and some charcuterie. On the second level of Union Station you get a birds eye view of Terminal Bar and Denver’s hustle and bustle.

Terminal Bar at Union Station

We love the hustle and bustle in this heart of Union Station - especially in the winter. Every Christmas we meet friends and family here to share a drink by the giant Tree before going out to dinner. They also have an amazing happy hour for drinks and food.

The Wild

The PATIO!!!! Plus the warm wood vibes in the middle of the city. On top of that, the cocktails are killer! Great happy hour and we recommend any of the tequila/mezcal drinks. Breakfast and coffee are also supposed to be amazing - if you go, let us know!

Corridor 44

Around the holidays, we love going to Corridor 44 and ordering a champagne taster while we take in Larimer Square’s lights.

Mercantile

We love the atmosphere and the food here. It’s another changing menu so we recommend talking to your waiter, but the pasta dishes are usually great! We’ve also been really lucky and always had amazing service at this restaurant.

The Fleck Sister’s Favorite Stops (Denver Treasures):

Union Station

Union Station has really become the heart and soul of Downtown Denver. So much more than a light rail stop, Union Station is made up of the Crawford Hotel, Snooze, Mercantile, Terminal Bar, The Tattered Cover and so much more. Have guests flying in from out of town, avoid i70 traffic and have them take the light rail to Union Station where you can meet them for a drink or some food.

Dairy Block / Milk Market

This Urban Complex is another happening spot where you can get food, have a drink, or go shopping. With its vibrant atmosphere and varied offerings, it’s a Denver gem.

Comedy Works

Talk about a Denver Treasure! If you like a good time, you need to get tickets to a show at Comedy Works. It’s world renown and has made Colorado one of the best places for comedy.

Urban Farmer

This steakhouse is definitely on the pricier side, but has great atmosphere and great food. Urban Farmer is a steakhouse, so we recommend beef, but they also have the best cornbread EVER and their mushrooms are one of their specialties. If you don’t feel like splurging try to make it for happy hour.

Bruto

Bruto recently received their first Michelin Star, but we’ve loved their food for a long time. Located on the Dairy Block, they are only open for lunch on the weekends and offer the most incredible torta that initially started our obsession. That being said, they have become known for their Chef’s Tasting Menu.

Ophelia’s Electric Soapbox

This brothel turned restaurant is one of a kind and always a good time. The atmosphere is spectacular with it’s brothel memorabilia and “balcony seating” that  overlooks a concert venue below. Plus it’s part of the Edible Beats collection, so you know the food won’t disappoint.

Coors Field

To us, Coors Field has all the feels! Whether you’re a baseball fan or not, it’s always a blast to go see a game and return to this classic American feel. When you go, make sure to find the Biker Jim's Gourmet Dogs stand and get an Elk Jalapeño Cheddar Dog with cream cheese and grilled onions.

Larimer Square

Larimer Square has been a Denver treasure forever. Known for its lights and seasonal flags, it feels like the gateway to Denver. On top of ambience, it offers some great events, shops and restaurants.

Buell Theatre

If you love the theater, you love going to The Buell. We recommend a bite in Larimer Square before your show.

McGregor Square

Across from Coors Field, this area has recently been revamped and now offers a great spot to eat dinner, grab a drink or view big games like the Stanley Cup.

Ball Arena (or as many still know it… The Pepsi Center)

Home to the Avalanche and Nuggets, we love that they kept our sports centers downtown and close to all the action! Also, a popular concert venue.

HOA Information: HOA is possible depending on where you buy in the area.
